Kenpo MyPortal
Starting in October 2024, the Kenpo MyPortal site for Society members will provide an ever expanding range of information, including medical care cost information and various certificates and notices.
Features that are currently available
- Applying for a subsidy for a flu vaccination
- Applying to join oral care campaign
- Viewing and downloading various certificates, notices, and Notices of Payment Decisions
- Viewing and downloading medical care cost information
- Viewing information on price differences for generic drugs
- Downloading XML data for medical expenses deductions
Logging in to the Kenpo MyPortal
You will need the user ID and temporary password issued by the Health Insurance Society the first time you log in. Contact the Society by email if you do not know your user ID and temporary password.
Only the insured person (employee or Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Person) can register to use the Kenpo MyPortal. Logging in by the insured person is also required to check information on dependents (family members).
