Medical care cost information

A “medical care cost information” notice is sent to everyone, one per person, every year.
If you do not wish to receive a “medical care cost information” notice due to special circumstances, please contact the Health Insurance Society according to the method described below.
Once we are contacted, no “medical care cost information” notices will be sent to you while you are a member of the Health Insurance Society.
