How to apply for a health checkup
Apply Online *Click the tab labeled “For users of kenshin Club” to access the login page.

Enter the login code and initial password to log in.
Employees: Included in the email from your company regarding how to undergo the health checkup
Voluntarily and continuously insured persons, family members: Stated in the checkup information notice
Your health insurance card codes/numbers will be used for personal identification.
